RESIDENTS USE "UNCOOL" LIGHT TO DETER TEENS

A pink 'acne light' is being used to drive teenagers away from troublespots, reports The Metro -- CLICK TO READ FULL STORY.

Pockmarks and blemishes are shown up by the light -- usually used in beauty salons -- causing the teens embarrassment.
